Bring the whole family to our lovely home. The entire 1 acre of land is manicured, so there's plenty of room to do picnics outside, grilling, backyard games, etc. There’s also a newly added fire pit area, and we've got a fireplace indoor as well, a charcoal grill, master bedroom with walk in closet and glass shower and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, spices, and utensils. The living room has a large flat-screen TV, perfect for entertainment, includes popular streaming apps like Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. There's also a two-car garage attached to the house. And finally, we have in-unit washer/dryer as well.
Very beautiful, quiet, and residential neighborhood. Just half an hour to the beach/coast, the charming town of Portsmouth, and endless hiking trails and access to mountains. There is a horse ranch nearby, and a beautiful river (great for fishing). We often spot wild animals like deer, tons of different birds, and more in our backyard.
Target, Starbucks, groceries stores, and other useful shops are just minutes away.
