Positive: Views were lovely. Good selection of books and maps for walking. Quiet location and clean condition.

Negative: Cleaning materials randomly stored throughout the property. Sky remote select button did not work. Small double bedroom had too much oversized furniture which made it feel even smaller. Was advertised as being in Ambleside....it wasn't!!!! Arrived in the dark and couldn't find the property. Were advised by the company to just drive up and down all the roads until we found it!!!. Bathroom was from the 80s at least with a cracked washhand basin and tiles piled up under the toilet cistern. "Feature fireplace " was a very cheap electric plug in. Dining table was balanced on a coaster as it was uneven.
