This 120 square meters two-bedroom loft is located on the 4th floor (no elevator). Being on the top floor in Paris ensures absolute tranquility and abundant daylight throughout the day. As the sun sets, curated designer lights create a beautiful atmosphere.
The apartment features a stunning fully-equipped open kitchen with concrete flooring and a long dining table, perfect for hosting. The living room boasts a large Cassina couch, ideal for enjoying a lit fire, listening to vinyls, streaming music via AirPlay on the Sonos system, or playing the piano.
The Italian shower is truly impressive. Big enough for 1, 2 and even 3! I regularly test the internet speed, which is approximately 106mbps for downloads and 67mbps for uploads in the living room where I have set up the workspace. The speed is slightly lower in the dining area.
