Summary: I've stayed here 3 times in the last two months. The staff is helpful when there are problems. The rooms are always clean. This last stay we had a better room with an upgraded TV that was great, but the wifi went out for the entire day and there was apparently no way for it to be fixed. There have been some minor bathroom issues (toilet that wouldn't stop making noise & shower that sprayed everywhere if using the double shower head). The free breakfast has limited options, so we usually skip it and get food elsewhere. The only thing I absolutely hate is the noise. You can hear everything from all over the hotel. People were in the room above us vacuuming at all hours of the night. I could hear phones vibrating in the room nextdoor and kept thinking it was my phone. People are noisy going up and down the hallway all through the night. You can also hear tvs and conversations of people nextdoor.
