Summary: It would have been 0 star if it wasn't for the night representative who had to come in to makeup the bed and vacuum after our third straight unsuccessful request to have our room clean. Bed left unmade, floor remained dirty (debris on the floor looked as if they have there fore a while); the used glasses and spoons remained, with the ÿwe only got new towels for The checkin desk was never staffed, and the two kiosk for self checkin were downed for the four nights we were there. We had to ring the bell on the desk and WAIT, AND WAIT. Our room access key quit working after the first night and we had to get in line each time and waited in a line that could take up to 10 minute wait to get the problem resolved only to repeat day after day. Bad service.
