Absolutely stunning from top to bottom, this fantastic Bethany Beach home will spoil the whole family in no time with plenty of room to spread out and relax. This retreat is located close to Salt Pond, so warm summer days can be spent kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and swimming. The layout of the interior will be ideal for entertaining, as the first floor is home to an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The chef of the group will be in paradise when they step into the full kitchen, as beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of the utensils needed for any recipe are present. This floor also boasts a stunning sunroom complete with a dining table and seating which will be just the spot to sip a coffee or read a book in peace. Head up to the second floor and you will find three bedrooms including the main bedroom that has access to a private deck. The third floor will be a hit with the kiddos, as it boasts a futon, flatscreen TV, kitchenette with a sink and minifridge, access to the sun deck, and the last bedroom.
Though you will have more than enough fun activities right at your fingertips, Bethany Beach is filled with unique attractions that you won't want to miss. When you are ready to head out for the day, slip into your favorite bathing suit and make your way to the soft sand a mile down the road! For a bit more excitement, Bethany Beach and Boardwalk will be the hub for really getting a taste of the coastal lifestyle. Plus, tax-free shopping and outlets, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, walking trails, biking trails, fishing, and surfing can all be found in the area as well!
