Der Sessellift ist vom Haus in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ftan ist ein beliebtes Feriendomizil, malerisch ruhig gelegen, eine Bäckerei und ein Lebensmittelgeschäfe für den täglichen Bedarf sind vorhanden. Das Haus 117 Plaz befindet sich direkt hinter der Tourismus-Infomation. In dem Haus mit 3 Wohnungen vermieten wir die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss für bis zu 6 Personen.Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses 117 Plaz liegt die Nichtraucherwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einer Wohnküche und einem Wohnzimmer. die Wohnung bietet bis zu 6 Personen Platz. Ein Schlafzimmer ist für 2 Personen (1 Doppelbett) eingerichtet. Im 2. Die Küche und das Badezimmer verfügen über elektrische Bodenheizungen.Ihre Skier, Snowboards und Schlitten stellen Sie bitte in den Keller. Dort steht auch ein Schuhheizer zur Verfügung, auf dem Sie Ihre Schuhe und Handschuhe trocknen können.Ihr Auto können Sie vor auf dem Parkplatz (mit Schild "nur für Mieter Familie Lötscher 117A") vor dem Hotel Chalamandrin parken. Dieser Parkplatz wird auch von Mietern des Hauses 117A benutzt. Es haben mehrere Autos neben und hintereinander Platz.
