Positive: Great location, everything is in walking distance, fantastic air conditioning, liked that the doors required a code instead of keys, saved us a lot of headache.

Negative: Unfortunately, the air-conditioning was only available in one room, the shower leaked water so we had to clean the floor with each use, the sink in the toilet was dirty.
