The home has a fully equipped kitchen w/plenty of space for your guests to all sit together for dinner. 2 bedrooms & 1flex room on the main level, plus a full bathroom. Living room opens to the lakeside deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill.
Lower level has a spacious family room with TV & ping-pong table.
Lakeside fire-pit on the patio. Nice paver walkway to the dock which offers a floating dock for boat tie-up, jet ski port, electricity, lights and storage. 2 kayaks available for use! New landscape lighting by front walkway and from the house to the dock. Sorry, covered boat slip and hoist are not available.

MOUNTAIN VIEW SHORES is a lovely development with many year-round homes, it features a private boat ramp area where you may park your boat trailer for the duration of your stay.It has paved roads and central water system.Ideal for walkers and joggers.Lake location is supreme being near the mountain and the dam at the deepest, cleanest part of the lake.The land was originally owned by the Appalachian Power Company (which owns the lake) and a group of 10 investors from Bedford bought the land from the Power Company in the late 1970's and developed the subdivision comprised of over 400 lots, offering the land for sale one section per year, selling out in 4 years.
