From the house and the terrace you have a great view of the scenic plot, sand dunes and the sea. This is a large and well-arranged house in white brick with a red roof. The 4 bedrooms plus the mezzanine makes it suitable for two families travelling together. Spacious and open kitchen in connection to the dining section, one step up from the living room where you find a wood-burning stove, TV and access to a large, tiled terrace. Several international channels on TV. You can go fishing or canoeing (bring your own equipment). Approx. 1½ hours drive to down town Copenhagen. The wireless internet is not suitable for streaming and downloading.

Summary: Die räumliche Aufteilung des Hauses ist toll. Große Fensterflächen sorgen für einen freien Blick nach draußen und sorgen für viel Licht im Haus. / Grundsätzlich ist es ein wirklich gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Leider muß ich sagen, daß die Immobilie in einem verbesserungswürdigen Pflegezustand ist. So standen wir bereits nach dem ersten Duschen im gesamten Bad knöcheltief im Wasser. Ein Mitarbeiter vom Dancenter reinigte die Abflüsse und dann lief auch wieder das Wasser ab. Auch der Whirlpool machte Probleme. Dreimal täglich sollte er für eine Stunde laufen, um das Wasser zu filtern. Ein Installateur stellte fest, das die Steuerung des Pools defekt sei und der Filter total verdreckt. Er stellte die Steuerung manuell auf Dauerbetrieb, d.h. die Poolpumpe und die Poolheizung liefen Tag und Nacht. Das erhöht nicht nur enorm die Energiekosten, sondern schafft auch permanente Geräusche und ein tropisches Klima innerhalb des Hauses. Beim Versuch, die Sauna anzuheizen, löste der FI-Schalter aus. Ein mittlerweile dritter Besuch von zwei Mitarbeitern des DanCenters konnte keine Abhilfe schaffen. Auf die Sauna mußten wir also komplett verzichten. / Grundsätzlich waren die Mitarbeiter des DanCenters sehr bemüht, konnten uns aber nur bedingt helfen. Ich würde dem DanCenter empfehlen, die vermittelten Ferienhäuser besser auf ihren Zustand und ihre Funktion zu überprüfen. Wir hatten im letzten Jahr schon ähnliche Probleme mit einem DanCenter-Haus. Dies ist bei Mietpreisen von mehreren tausend Euro nicht akzeptabel und trübt gleich zu Beginn der Reise die Urlaubsfreuden dramatisch.
