Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great Location for sites, quiet, easy access to main road. Close to nature and 100 ft trees. Worth the price.

Negative: To get to the bike and Walking path you need to cross the highway with medium traffic (50 miles per hour plus cars, buses and trucks). I suggest miner handyman adjustment. Tighten faucets, towel racks and bathroom and kitchen drawers.

Summary: Well kitchen and bathroom supplies. Clean and neat.
