It overlooks the Place Tristan Bernard as well aas the Avenue des Ternes and the Church of St. Ferdinand des Ternes.Guests enter through the hall leading into the bright main living area with painted ceiling beams and wooden flooring. This living area has a comfortable sofa and armchairs around a coffee table. There is a flat screen TV mounted to the wall with a full pack of cable TV options. The dining area is open to the living-room and has a table for 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessed from the entrance hall.The two separate bedrooms overlook the Avenue des Ternes.The first bedroom is accessible from the dining area. It is equipped with two single beds measuring 70x190. You can join them together to form a double bed measuring 140x190 upon request. This room has a desk and a dresser; a wardrobe is also available in the in living area for extra storage. The second bedroom is located at the end of a corridor off the entrance hall. It is equipped with a double bed 130x190. It has a large wardrobe, shelves and a closet.The bathroom is next to this room, accessible from the hallway as well. Recently renovated, it has a walk-in shower and washbasin. There is plenty of storage space under the sink, in the cupboard above and in the cabinet.The WC is separate and located in the entrance hall.This apartment is perfect for long stays. It is comfortable and has a beautiful light. The living area is very pleasant and bright with stylish decoration.The area is great for everyday life, there is the market in Demours Street and Poncelet Street,not to mention the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées.
