You will keep your privacy as vegetation has been installed behind the bench and behind the garden table. You will be protected from neighbors and from the wind !
The entrance gives on a corridor that leads to the bedrooms on one side, or to the living area on the other side.
The first bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and a desk. The second bedroom has hideaway beds (two single beds 90x190) that you can use to form a double bed if preferred (180x190). You will be able to store your clothes in this bedroom as it features a large wardrobe with mirror doors.
Both bedrooms are bright and they both have a lovely view on buildings and trees.
The toilets are separated, in the corridor.
The entrance hall leads to the dining-room. It features a large dining table where six people can sit. The fitted kitchen is open on the dining-room. High stools will enable you to use the bar.
French windows open on the balcony and a lovely garden table with seats. The living-room is open on the dining-room. It has a sofa, coffee table and armchairs. It also has an access to the balcony with French windows opening on a lovely area : the bench and the vegetation behind it. Note that is also keeps you out of the wind. In march you will be able to lay there and get a tan !
The kitchen is on the back of the corridor. It is also accessible from the living-room. It has a bathtub with shower head.
