Description: The apartment is a mix of classic Parisian design and modern art.
The apartment is spacious (huge), comfortable, well equipped, clean with classic Parisian feel and has a great open layout for friends or family to hang out together. The apartment is full of light on all sides and it is fun to look out the living room windows and watch the Parisian life go by. It is never noisy as there are not any loud bars in the neighborhood.
The size of the apartment is 180 sq. meters (i.e 2000 sqft) ; up to 6 people can enjoy with a maximum comfort. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor. We have recently redecorated this apartment to keep the charming traditional aspect of a typical Parisian apartment but adding a modern vision of design, especially in the kitchen that is the centre place of the apartment (35 sq. meters; 400 sqft). The master bedroom is near the main living area and the other 3 bedrooms and bathroom are in a hall on the other side of the apartment.
There are 4 bedrooms, the 1st one with queen bed 160cm, the 2nd one with a double bed 140cm, the 3rd two single beds and the 4th one with a sofa bed.
The apartment has two bathrooms and two toilets. The second bathroom has a large shower and double sinks. The water closet is in the hallway.

Located in the Marais, you are at walking distance of the most significant museums, art galleries, trendy restaurants and shops. The apartment is located in the same building as one of the most famous art gallery in Paris: galerie Yvon Lambert. You will be a one block away from the Picasso Museum, an easy walk to Place des Vosges, the Musee Carnavalet and the Pompidou Center. The apartment is just 2 blocks away from Rue de Bretange which is a food street with every imaginable tasty item you could want. Every morning you can go out to get fresh croissants, strawberries and cheese for breakfast in the beautiful dining area as you plan your day’s activities.
