**Very Important (and slightly humorous) Details please read**
**Pool and Hot Tub** Serviced every Friday mid day. The pool is heated by the sun, if you are curious on the current water temp send me a message and I'll check the Wifi thermometers! We do get some leaves in the pool, there is a pool skimmer on site in case it gets windy during your stay. The pool does not have a fence around it, PLEASE PLEASE use extreme caution with small children. We are not responsible for your children during your stay.
**BUGS** Alright, folks, let’s talk about the unofficial state mascot of Texas, the cockroach. Yes, we wage war on them daily. We spray the exterior perimeter with enough bug killer it could probably take down a small army... but these critters? They laugh in the face of danger. Seriously, they could survive a nuclear apocalypse.
So, if you spot one at night, especially on the outdoor patio don’t panic. It’s just auditioning for “Survivor: Texas Edition.” We promise, we’re doing everything possible to keep them out but hey, even Chuck Norris would be impressed by their resilience! Please keep the doors closed and trash picked up, especially at night if you don't want to have any of these lighting fast visitors! (seeing cockroaches will not result in a refund, sorry folks its a fact of life for Texas living)
**Noise** We want you all to have an amazing trip, and part of that will be enjoying the back yard. Please have as much fun as possible, but please keep in mind quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If you are going to enjoy a bluetooth speaker outside please keep the sound level low. We have extremely kind and gracious neighbors and we want to keep it that way. Thanks for your help!
**Trash** We have a trash can and recycle can, they are clearly labeled. If you are staying for multiple days and fill the inside cans please kindly take your trash and recycling to the outside can. Placing Trash in the recycle can will lead to additional charges as the trash company WILL NOT empty it for us and I have to pay a handyman to come by to pull trash out of the recycle can. Your help and diligence is absolutely appreciated! Thanks!
