Summary: Check in was pushed back over an hour. Projected time was 4pm but we did not get checked in until after 5. No additional accommodation was made for having to miss dinner reservations that same evening. We went to the XO bar and received horrible service. The waitress acted as if we were inconveniencing her and did not seem like she wanted to be there. When attempting to get drinks at the pool bar it took over 15 minutes to get a single drink. Those staff also seemed very disinterested and acted as if they did not want to be there. All and all this is not the experience I would have expected from an Omni and I will not be going back.
