The mid-century modern house is perfectly situated to take in the breathtaking 180 degree ocean views. Every room has a direct ocean view - the light from the floor to ceiling windows is amazing! Featuring an open floor plan, the common areas extend from the kitchen to the dining room to the sitting room to the living room. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen was recently renovated and comes with granite countertops, a Capital commercial range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and butlers pantry. The kitchen flows into the dining room, which seats up to 12 people comfortably with an expansive view of the ocean. Next to the living room is the reading area, featuring four comfortable chairs and a giant wall Scrabble board. The living room is right next to the dining room and includes a large flat screen HDTV with HD cable, AppleTV, Sonos sound speaker system and wood burning fireplace.
Each of the five bedrooms has a direct ocean view. The private master suite is upstairs and features a king bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower with rain showerhead and standalone bath tub overlooking the ocean and a separate sitting room with flat-screen HDTV. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. One has a queen bed with en suite bathroom with shower. There is a king bedroom with an attached bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The remaining bedroom on the ground floor has two twin beds and attached bathroom with combination shower/tub. There is also an additional bedroom with a king bed downstairs with walkout access on the ocean side of the house.
The well landscaped grounds offer you complete privacy. You can relax and read a book while listening to the crashing waves or fall asleep in the hammock. Or you can be adventurous and go for a swim right off your own sandy beach or in your private heated pool. If you feel like getting some exercise, you can play a few sets of tennis on your private court, go for a bike ride into town or take the kayak out to Bumpkin Island to the see the seals and the nature preserve.
