Guests have use of the entire townhouse and outdoor space. The home is two side by side townhouses. Original Home is over 100 years old with all its charm that has been newly renovated. Master is very spacious with a king sized bed, off the master is a small room with bunk beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds (one being a Murphy bed). Full bathroom is spacious with a tub and shower. There is a pullout queen bed in the den. Open floor plan with kitchen that opens to dining room and den with direct access to the back patio area. There is also a half bath off the kitchen. Backyard with rocked patio. Outdoor grill. Outdoor seating. We are always available by text or call for our guests. The home is check in and checkout via lockbox. Walk to town. Greenport town has amazing restaurants, great shops, wineries and breweries. Lovely seaport village. You can take the train right into greenport and walk to the home from there. The Hampton Jitney also runs into town. Everything is brand new. This home was just renovated. Central AC. All brand new appliances.
