Your stay is in Hungarian Village, one of Columbus’s historic neighborhoods just south of German Village. The area is a rapidly revitalizing community, with a mix of long-time residents and new renovations. The owners previously lived in this home for over 5 years and have always felt safe and comfortable. While there aren’t restaurants, shops, or cafes within walking distance, everything Columbus has to offer is just a short drive or rideshare away.
In less than 10 minutes you can reach:
German Village – charming brick streets, coffee shops, and local dining
Downtown Columbus – The Short North, Convention Center, Nationwide Arena
Ohio Stadium (The Shoe) – perfect for Buckeye football weekends
Lou Berliner Park – one of the nation’s largest softball complexes
Hospitals – Nationwide Children’s, Grant Medical, and OSU Wexner
Hungarian Village is a great home base for exploring Columbus while enjoying a quiet neighborhood retreat at the end of the day.
As a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself.
Feel free to use the amenities in the home, including the washer and dryer in the basement.
We also offer many family-oriented amenities, including a pack-n-play, high chair, and many more. The space is not baby-proofed. Please see the amenity list for stocked items.
Streaming services are not provided. Please feel free to log in to your accounts. The Roku TV in the living room has a guest mode available. Do remember to log out before checking out. You can set the dates, and the TV will automatically log you out.
We do have a firm cancellation policy. We recommend that guests purchase travelers' insurance due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.
Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit.
There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back doors of the house.
Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities-
We do not allow smoking inside but DO allow approved dogs in our properties. We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the unit is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity. We unfortunately cannot offer any refunds based on any triggered sensitivities.
