In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.

We have very strict house rules. Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines.
