Modernist architect house from 1960 renovated in 2019, of approximately 140 square meters of living space, with a small garden facing south. In a quiet area, ideally located 20 minutes by public transport from Paris and 10 minutes from the Palace of Versailles.

On the ground floor (possibility of independent entrance), a bedroom, a TV lounge with sofa bed, a bathroom, a WC, a desk.

Summary: An amazing 60's house renovated to a very high standard and maintaining a lot of original features. Over two levels the house accomodated two adults and two children easily. The lower level becoming the younger part of the house with the TV room and Playstation being down there. The location is superb being between Versailles and Paris with either being incredibly easy to access. The RER is just a few minutes walk to go either way although we only visited Versialles on this ocassion. Local amenaties are all within a few minutes so there is no excuse for not having fresh bread. We used the boulangerie opposite the RER and the baguettes were amazing. We had to visit twice in one day it was so good. Checking in was seamless and Francois was very friendly and informative on the area and facilities. Communication was first rate and we were completely at ease throughout the whole process. All in all, a fabulous house, wonderful hosts and an amazing stay. For future trips to the Paris area this would be our first point of call and we will return.
