Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very cute little property, very central and bed was very comfy.

Negative: The door lock barely worked it looked like it was hanging off, stairs were so steep. The property is advertised to have a washing machine but it doesnt. Was told we had to send a photo of the key in the lockbox before we left at 10am or we would be fined hundreds of pounds but it isn’t actually possible to send photos over on the booking.com chat so this made our experience very stressful. Was also called in the airport and sent a link to make the payment or my booking would be cancelled which I don’t think was very professional I was hesitant incase I was being scammed
