Classic interiors with whitewashed ceiling beams and 2 tall French windows onto the balcony are complimented by modern fittings, including exposed bulb lighting and minimalist modern furniture. The room is light and airy and contains a wooden chair and glass table, a sofa packed with cosy cushions, a coffee table, shelving, and decorative fireplace. Pops of bright blue jump out from the cushions and a soft woven rug in turquoise. Opposite the sofa is a comfortable double bed, neatly tucked behind a glass partition overlooking the stairwell. There are several large cupboard spaces fitted into the walls around the sofa providing ample storage space. The room is decorated with a delicate silver tree sculpture by the window and an ornate silver mirror on the wall.

Nestled in a corner on the opposite side of the stairwell is a sophisticated, modern kitchen space. Two low-hanging lamps and pristine white kitchen units brighten up this cosy corner, with charcoal-coloured counters and black and white geometric tiles behind the basin.
