The house is situated on a 700m2 private plot, surrounded by a wall. Inside there is space for 2 cars, which can be parked in front of the house. The house has only one level with 2 spacious double bedrooms, a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room with kitchen, a large terrace with beautiful view at the Bay of Roses. The kitchen is completely equipped with all modern equipment like a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic glass cooktop, big fridge and freezer and an electric barbecue grill for the terrace. In the living room there are Sat TV and 1 split air conditioning unit. In the basement you will find a washing machine and a laundry rack, ironing board and an electric iron. You also can find deck chairs.GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 ARE NOT ALLOWED Behind the house there is the 8 x 4 meters swimming pool, where you can swim and sunbathe in an undisturbed atmosphere.
