The house is located on a dead-end street and backs up to the DART Greenline (train) that runs all day and night. The house is in a gentrified area with a mix of new builds and old homes. There are periodic times you may see a homeless person or two due to the area. We have never had any issues and know the neighbors on the street who have lived there for a long time with no issues as well. The house does have security cameras attached.
