Its private beach of fine sand on the edge of Lake Biscarrosse, the pine forest that borders it and its small private marina make the prestigious holiday village of "La Réserve" the dream location for sharing unforgettable family moments.

The older ones will appreciate the nautical base for towing buoy tours, water skiing, wake-boarding; or even parasailing, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddle, canoeing, kayaking; while the little ones paddle safely in the lake known for its high quality warm bathing water. (In high season swimming is supervised by our lifeguards).

This air-conditioned mobile home Comfort is located on a quiet and wooded plot 200m from the private beach and 150m from the water park.

With an area of 36m2, it has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.

Its large terrace of 20m2 fully covered, includes a bench, 2 deckchairs and a plancha ...

It is fully equipped (including washing machine),

5 electric convectors (1 / piece), satellite TV and CD radio.

The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate.

For hygienic reasons, we provide 1 duvet, 1 pillow, 1 disposable pillowcase as well as a mattress cover of the same type per bed. Each bed mattress is completely wrapped in a polyester fiber cover regularly washed or replaced in order to respect and optimize your hygiene and comfort.

PARKING:

You can park your vehicle for free in front of the mobile home. An infrared camera will allow you access to the village by automated recognition of your license plate.

BOATS:

Fishermen and boaters can follow their boat (motor or sail) by reserving one of the pontoons of our private port-marina to exercise their passion on the magnificent Lac de Biscarrosse. A boat launch and a trailer park are available.
