Surrounded by walking trails, Leavitt beach is 50 yards away. Beautiful Views, Clear, Clean water 4 minutes to downtown Meredith, 3 minutes to Downtown Center harbor We also have a one bedroom condo 15 minutes away. It is Airbnb # 49290778 Cannot park car at Leavitt Beach as it is residents and rental guests only. Its a 2 minute walk or 30 seconds if you walk across the stream. They do ticket if you park your car there. Plenty of parking at our cottage.
