High ceilings, a stunning glass roof above the living area, carefully planned lighting, and efficient ventilation create a bright, airy atmosphere throughout the home, while underfloor heating, air conditioning, and individual temperature control in each room ensure year-round comfort.
The generous open-plan living space is perfect for relaxing or gathering together, with a comfortable lounge area, a dining table that seats up to 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. The living room sofa easily converts into a comfortable 180 x 200 cm bed with a 12 cm mattress, with bed linen and duvets conveniently stored in one of the bedroom wardrobes.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), generous storage, and a private bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, including one with a dedicated workspace, while the remaining two bedrooms are situated on the lower level alongside an additional separate toilet. One of the lower-level bedrooms is a spacious suite with a large walk-in shower, while all bathrooms are stocked with soft towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer where provided.
