Summary: The room needed a bit of tic; the towel warmer was rusting and the screw covers were missing, there was a cracked wall tile behind the toilet, the bottom of the door was water damaged, and there were multiple stains on the carpet. Reception staff were great; some restaurant staff were a bit surly. We went down late morning for coffee when the restaurant was being cleaned after the breakfast service. We were served coffee, but the cleaning continued in close proximity, which wasn’t necessary. They should’ve just declined to give us coffee. I stayed in Mana Luxembourg in April and it was a much better experience. At night the noise from the restaurant was terrible, Christmas parties in progress, but really disruptive to guests on the first floor.
