Long Cove Point, a small peninsula of period cottages and far-reaching views is classic Maine. This privately owned family property faces a small cove, with a large flat front yard which extends to the cove. Views from the front patio and sunroom include the cove and classic cottages on the mainland, and an ocean view at the end of the cove. The back of the property is private with a second patio, table and four chairs; separate deck, picnic table and woods. This is always a popular summer location for both renters and owners alike, with an association beach a few hundred feet down the lane. One of three sitting areas has a table and two chairs suitable for office work, and a sturdy portable and adjustable tray table is provided. 300+ mbps Internet and house phone are provided by a national carrier; cell service from most providers is reliable.
The house was completely refurbished with new construction and offered for the first time in the rental marketplace in late 2010. Careful maintenance and added improvements/amenities ensure a pleasant stay every year.
