Situated in a quiet neighborhood steps away from Rue des Rosiers and the Saint Ouen flea market, you are a 3-minute walk from the "Garibaldi" metro station on line 13, or a 12-minute walk from the "Mairie de Saint Ouen" station on line 14. From there, you can reach the center of Paris in 15 minutes, with direct connections to Saint Lazare and Montparnasse railway stations as well as Orly airport (from June 24th).
Ground floor:
The loft boasts an expansive, light-filled living area, with a stunning ceiling height of up to 9 meters adorned with a fire place, exposed wooden beams and a glass roof.
