Positive: We had to wait outside the apartment for at least 20 minutes because no one had sent us the codes to enter at check in and no one answered the phone for about 1 hour of calls. We arrived late in the evening but it had been communicated and we had even received confirmation that it would not be a problem to check in late. This problem was not only for us but also for other guests. The room was fine though and there was even a fairly organised area outside. Ugly bottle opener, useless
