Welcome to your relaxing beach vacation.
Imagine waking up in the morning, and having coffee on the roof top deck looking at the ocean, or on the front deck watching people bring there stuff to the beach. When the rest of the family is up, make a simple, or sumptuous breakfast.
Next, gather the troops and head down to the beach. You have chairs, umbrellas, and bogie boards at your disposal, and a beach cart to bring it down in. Non beach goers can go for a bike ride to the boardwalk, walk up to the Edgar Casy A.R.E for a massage, splash in the nearby water park, check out the Aquarium, or just relax.
After the beach, shower in the outdoor shower, and then have a drink watching the sunset from the roof top deck. Dinner can either be on the gas grill, prepared in the modern well equipped kitchen, delivery, at one of the many awesome beachfront restaurants on the strip. All the beach front restaurants are a very short UBER away. After dinner, relax some more, watch TV, Netflix, read, or just turn in early. Next day, repeat.
This home is modern, luxurious and is just 100 feet from the beach. It is located on the North End of Virginia Beach in a sought after, popular neighborhood. You are steps from a wide, spacious beach far enough from the busy tourist area to have privacy, but close enough to bike to the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and restaurants (adult bikes are included!). The beach access on this street is a walkway that is easy to carry your gear on. Other nearby attractions include the Virginia Aquarium, Ocean Breeze Water Park, First Landing State Park (6 blocks away), IFLY, The Adventure Park, and movie theaters.

This 3 story is an upside down floor plan with the bedrooms on the lower 2 levels, and the great room and kitchen on the third floor. Beautiful ocean views are enjoyed from the third floor. There are 3 decks - one off the master bedroom, one off the great room with outdoor dining, and a rooftop deck with exceptional views of the ocean.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub and shower. The first bedroom is a single over double bunk bed. In the second bedroom there is a double bed with pullout single trundle. There is an outdoor shower off of one of the lower bedrooms, great for washing sand off after a day at the beach.
A staircase leads to the second floor, or you can take the Elevator! On the second floor there are the 2 remaining bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed and large flat screen Smart TV. There is a small deck off of the Master bedroom where you can find refuge from hustle and bustle of a family vacation, or take a late afternoon nap. The bedroom is beautifully appointed, with ample storage and a large walk in closet. The Master bath boasts a walk in shower with a rainfall shower head in addition to the wall shower head. Or you may choose to soak in the freestanding tub. Granite counter tops with a double sink complete this luxurious bathroom. All linens and towels are included for 8 people.

Down the hall on the second floor is a spacious bedroom boasting a Queen bed and private bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower with beautiful glass tile. Another flat screen Smart TV is provided.
Between the 2 bedrooms is the laundry room with over sized washer and dryer.
On the third floor, there is a beautiful great room with a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, HD cable, DVD player, stereo receiver. Watch your favorite shows or access the internet via the Smart TV. If it weren't for the beach, you would probably not want to leave. The kitchen boasts beautiful leathered granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances. It is well stocked with just about everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. There is a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. The dining room table has seating for eight, and three people can sit on the kitchen island. A dry bar is next to the dining room table (sorry, BYOB).
A small deck off the dining room is great for morning coffee, or to watch the family come back from the beach.
Off of the great room is the main deck area with an outdoor dining set. From here a staircase leads to the rooftop deck where you can watch the sunrise, or gaze at the stars in the evening. During the summer, you can view the oceanfront fireworks display that the city puts on Sunday and Wednesday evening.
Outside on the ground level, there is an enclosed shower with hot and cold water. There is ample space to hang your wet towels and bathing suits. A gas grill is also available to bar-b-que your favorite meal. Propane is provided.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach towels are provided.
6 adult bicycles are available for your use if you want to ride the path in First Landing State Park, or head to the Boardwalk for ice cream or snacks. The bicycles are beach cruisers and are best suited for the boardwalk and roads. First Landing State Park is a few blocks away with bike trails. These are more challenging with the beach cruisers. There is a road in First Landing State Park that will take you to the small beach and boat launch. Here you can find kayak and stand up paddleboard rentals.
Parking for 3 vehicles. Additional street parking is available, but limited at times.
This unit is the front unit of a front/back duplex. Therefore there is no back yard. The outdoor spaces are the third floor decks, rooftop deck, 2nd floor deck, and the ground floor shower and grill area. The rear unit is separated from this one by a 2 car garage. It is owner occupied so we request that our guests respect their privacy and act responsibly. There is virtually no noise from the rear unit. A long driveway to the left of the front unit is used to access the rear, and we request that guests do not block it.
Security/Surveillance cameras are in place for outdoor areas only. There are no indoor cameras.
