The perfect destination year-round for all that the lake and the White Mountains have to offer! The house is very comfortable with many areas to congregate both inside the house, on the porch, and outdoors. We also have a large private beach, and a quaint double decker "Beach House", which together with the dock sits right at the water’s edge. WE PROVIDE YOU WITH 2 KAYAKS AND A CANOE. You can swim, boat, and enjoy! The beachfront is across the road from the house over a small country road with very few cars passing by in a day.
Inside the house, there are 2 large couches in front of the fireplace and TV, and a dining table for winter dining. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many tools for cooking, dishes and machines, plenty of coffee and tea, and a plethora of herbs and spices. There is a gas grill on the porch just off the kitchen. The long glassed-in porch is a 3 season porch, also with a dining area as well as an area with couches and chairs.
There is an electric wood stove on the porch, wonderful on summer nights, and on winter sunny days it is quite comfortable, as the sun also heats the window glass of the porch.
There is also a high-end circuit weight training machine on the porch.
There are three proper bedrooms (not just beds tucked into an alcove with no privacy) with privacy, very comfortable beds and quality linens, and 2 full baths, including a bathtub and electric fireplace in the master bedroom.
There is an RV hookup right outside the house near the patio that accommodates large RV's. Please inquire for pricing. There is a large concrete patio just off the porch where there is a firepit, and ample sitting space with chairs and a small table.
Guests often have lunch or sunset cocktails on the upper deck of the beach house in the warmer months. It is also possible to drive onto the beach for those who have limited mobility.
On the property, there is plenty of space for parking extra vehicles or trailers with ski mobiles, boats, etc. And uniquely, there is also an RV hookup available next to the patio for an extra fee. Even large RVs can fit in this space. We also have an RV hookup on one area of the beach at waterside, for an extra fee. Please inquire.
We are small drive to both CANNON MOUNTAIN and BRETTON WOODS SKI AREAS, and offer the amenities specific to the lake, such as snow mobile and cross country trails accessible from the lake.
