The Space:
Welcome to Rising Sun!
This condo is located about a block to the beach where you can catch magical sunsets and about two blocks to the intercoastal waterway where you can catch just as beautfiul sun rises, hence the name 'Rising Sun'. Rising Sun is also located on the first floor and equipped with all your needs to make your stay as easy as possible! The condo is completely renovated and everything is brand new. After a long day on the beautiful sand of Clearwater Beach come back to enjoy the open living room, featuring a large comfortable sofa, a 55 inch Roku TV (Spectrum Cable included on all TVs) and a beautiful dining room table (with additional chairs provided in the bedroom closet). Enjoy a home cooked meal in the brand new fully stocked kitchen featuring open shelving and all your essential cookware, spices, blender, a coffee bar with local organic coffee, organic tea, sugar, and much more.
When the night comes to an end enjoy an amazing nights sleep in one of the premium luxurious Casper Dream Mattresses. The condo has two bedrooms, the master featuring a king size mattress, private bathroom and a washer and dryer (detergent is provided). The guest bedroom has a queen size mattress. Both bedrooms feature black out curtains, Roku TVs with cable and a glorious Casper Dream mattress guaranteeing a peaceful nights sleep. In addition, there is a section of the couch that pulls out to form a full size bed in the living room and we also provide a pack and play!
Located within walking distance of practically everything including many great restaurants, bars, shops, Pier 60, the marina and much more. Yet still located on a quiet street across the street from a beautiful park featuring brand new pickle ball courts (we provide the paddles and balls) and a playground. Once you park your car, you probably won't need it again!
Our goal is to not only make your stay as enjoyable as possible but to also make it as easy as possible. Therefore, we fully stock the unit with all your beach necessities, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler, sand toys and more. We also provide plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, towels, a blender, pots, pans, spices, board games, books and much more.
We also try to be as eco friendly as possible so our paper goods consists of recycled paper or plastic when available, our local coffee provided is made from Organic coffee beans, our hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap are all made from simple ingredients. We also provided a homemade non toxic all purpose spray to help keep it chemical free.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the whole condo and a private storage bin stocked with all your beach gear including beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, a cooler and more. There is also a community laundry room and additional parking around back but this unit comes with its own private washer and dryer.
Getting Around:
Practically everything is within walking distance, including the beach, pier 60, the marina, a ton of shops and restaurants. However, if you need a lift, the Jolly Trolley will take you anywhere on the beach for just a few dollars!

We live a few miles down the road if we are ever needed. Typically, we do not interact with the guests throughout their stay unless we are needed for absolutely anything or guests would like to meet us, we are always more than happy to talk/meet with our guests.
