Atlantic House is a wonderful Victorian house standing in one of the best locations in Perranporth overlooking the 3 mile beach and in easy walking distance of everything the town offers.
The house accommodates up to 12 guests, has 6 bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms and 2 en-suites. It is designed so that every bedroom has fabulous views looking over the beach.
Outside there is an extensive area of deck to the front overlooking the beach, while to the rear there is a patio garden.
The ground floor has a large double living that can be separated by sliding glass doors. There is also a bright, well equipped kitchen dining room with a table and seating for 12. The dining area has a large bay window and door back out to the front deck with it’s gorgeous views of the beach and the kitchen area has a door to the rear patio garden.
On the first floor there is a large master suite with en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom, the bunk room with a double dottom bunk and single top bunk, a large family bathroom and a laundry room.
On the second floor there is a further en-suite double bedroom, 2 twin rooms and a shower room.
Every bedroom has been designed to have sea views and the kitchen dining room also makes full use of the outside areas, views and entertainment opportunities.
