This spacious three bedroom home is located on a calm, quaint pedestrian street near the trendy Butte aux Cailles district. The area has the feel of a village within the city and is the perfect location for those who want a truly Parisian experience.
This beautiful two-story house has three bedrooms upstairs, and a fully equipped kitchen which opens onto the dining area and the living room. The backyard, a rare find in Paris, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee!
We just added an air conditioning unit to the primary bedroom, but it will cool the other two bedrooms if the doors are left open.

The house is two stories and has three bedrooms upstairs. All three bedrooms have queen size beds, and there is a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well. There are two additional single mattresses, which are available and can be used in the living room. This means that up to 10 guests can enjoy the house at one time.
We have two bathrooms; one full bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink; the second bathroom has a sink and bathtub/shower combination no toilet but there is a second new toilet and sink on the ground floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leads out to the garden. The dining room and living room are spacious and can comfortably accommodate at least 10 people.
