The living room, located on the other side of the main staircase, features a smart TV and a pleasant reading corner with a library. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and thermostatic mixer tap, as well as separate toilets. The three bedrooms are arranged as follows: - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200 cm - Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190 cm - Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160x200 cm Full baby equipment available: changing mat, travel cot, baby bathtub, high chair and safety gates for the staircase. A private heated outdoor swimming pool (8x4 m, depth 1.20 m), heated to 27°C and open from June to September, secured with an alarm and barriers, completes the property perfectly. Parking is easy within the enclosed courtyard, with the possibility of sheltering a vehicle. A laundry room with washing machine is also available.
