L'entrée principale ouvre sur une grande pièce principale très lumineuse avec de beaux volumes aménagés en confortable salon et salle à manger. Une cuisine toute équipée, ouverte sur la pièce principale. De nombreuses portes-fenêtres et baie vitrée permet d'accéder dans le jardin ou à l'espace piscine entièrement clôturé.
2 chambres doubles au rez de chaussée avec une salle de bain (baignoire) et une douche séparée ainsi que des toilettes avec lave-main.
L'étage est conçu de plusieurs mezzanines : une grande pièce aménagée comme salon TV, une chambre double (140x190), une chambre individuelle (90x190) et un cabinet de toilette (wc, lavabo).
Le jardin est divisé en différentes parties :
la piscine avec ses lits bain de soleil à laquelle on peut accéder par différents portillons
la terrasse côté cuisine (avec barbecue) et son jardin arboré d'oliviers
