Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Well equipped lodge with hot tub and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors too. Gas Hob was a BIG bonus when power went! Dishwasher and fridge are full size, perfect for a larger family! Lovely location with things to do within the park or nearby.

Negative: Unfortunately we had an initial issue with heating so had to call out of hours support but it was resolved pretty quickly 1 hour or so later. The other issue was 24 hours without power and the last 2 days we had no broadband connection... All would be ok if 4G would work but the position of the lodge is perhaps not ideal as you can't get any phone signal either. Not the end of the world but after a long day out you might want to treat yourself with a good movie on Netflix or music. My advice is: be prepared for an emergency situation:-)
