- there is a bit of road noise heard from the backyard as it faces Hwy 105. It doesn't tend to be problematic for most guests but if you want it completely quiet in the backyard from road noise, this is not the place.
-the yard is NOT fully fenced (there is an opening on one side of the property to the font yard) so please plan accordingly if you have pets or children. It is also on open water without fencing for pets or children.
*Please note: The owners boat and jet skis are parked at this property. Please do not sit or touch the boat/jet skis as they are not for guests use. Owner may retrieve the boat/jet-skis during your stay but with a 24 hour notice and won’t be interrupting any more than 10 minutes in the backyard.
