Summary: Not impressed at all. Exhibits all the traits of a company reducing staff and service to maximize profits. All the staff were grumpy and not particularly friendly, helpful or knowledgeable about an annex we were unknowingly staying at. Pathetic is our summary. Being a tired, wet, cold traveler you choose a hotel to be welcomed, made to feel at home, everything made easy for you, everything explained………. Not this hotel!
