Summary: OK check in (there's no external reception, you have to call a number and the receptionist greets you). Mainly clean (the laminate flooring hadn't been properly swept though). Quiet. Slightly small single bed in twin room (I should have gone for a double). Ensuite and kitchen were perfectly clean and functional. Be aware there is no lift - my room was up 4 flights of stairs.
