It is designed for relaxing and entertaining with an open floor plan downstairs with two-story vaulted ceilings in the Living Room as well as a cozy fireplace. Granite countertops and all new appliances and cabinetry are in the Kitchen with a connected Dining area with seating for 12. Just down the hall from the Kitchen is a Bathroom with stand shower and brand new washer/dryer. Rounding out the first floor is a comfortable Bedroom with queen bed and large closet. The first floor deck is perfect for enjoying eating breakfast or an evening of entertaining. This mahogany deck offers an outdoor stand shower as well as brand new stainless grill and outdoor seating. A spacious basement offers additional sleeping for three in bunk beds as well as comfortable seating for relaxing and a pool table for gaming. The second floor features a large sunny Master Bedroom with cathedral ceilings and sliding doors leading to spacious deck. There is a beautiful full Bathroom with granite his and hers sink and tile shower/tub. Across the hall is a roomy Bedroom with queen bed and a side room with sleeping accommodations for one. Step out onto the second floor deck through the slider from this bedroom. A third floor loft has bright skylights and sleeping for three, great for older kids or teens. Coastal decor and hardwood floors are featured throughout this home with tile flooring in each bathroom and flat screen TV in the living room, basement, and all bedrooms. Outdoor shed has complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, clamming rakes, buckets, and beach toys. This home is ideal for 6 adults and 4 children.
