Positive: It is conveniently located - very close to the train station, restaurants and Versailles palace.

Negative: The room is actually very small. Good for one person probably. It’s on the third floor and no lift facility is available. It was also very hot. No air-conditioning and the afternoon sun shines right into the room through the window. Probably ok in winter but our stay was in summer and it was really really hot. It seems like the property is managed by a third party. Customer service of the concierge is poor. They don’t speak English and in our experience were very unhelpful in responding or answering any questions we have. Our train was a bit late and we were asked to share our live location which was a bit unusual. They needed 500euro deposit for check-in. Instead of putting it on hold which is how deposits are normally handled, it was actually taken off our account, which means we lose out on the conversion rate and fee. No communication whatsoever was provided regarding reimbursement at checkout, and it took 5 days for us to receive the deposit back.
