Summary: I arrived fairly late in the evening but the night attendant wasn't always obviously available; I found him outside most often. When I did find him, he was attentive and helpful. One huge negative was they assigned me to a room that had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The towel was still hanging, hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The hotel attendant did help and gave me a different room on the same floor, but it was an inconvience after a long day of traveling. Also note: this hotel is not the most metro accessible.
