Summary: I find it inadmissible to have rooms on 6 floors but an elevator that goes only up to the fourth floor, AND not disclose it to Expedia so that the customer can make an informed decision. My room was on the 6th floor, I had to lift two heavy suitcases 2 floors on two occasions and I would have preferred not to do this. Had I known, I would have either chosen a different room or chosen a different hotel. What made things worst, there was no staff to assist with this. My room was also pretty beaten up.
