Positive: The location was very good and the room was quiet and clean. It was good to have the facilities for making a hot drink and also a fridge in the room. The bar/ restaurant below was good, too.

Negative: There is no Reception and the hotel's message about how to access the hotel/get your key is out of date/inaccurate. The message says you will get an SMS with a code. This didn't arrive for us and the phone numbers provided weren't answering. Fortunately, after a stressful 30 minutes following a long journey, a guest coming out showed us how to get the key. You get your key from a machine using your reservation, then the key has a badge to open the hotel door. This system is simple and works well. The guest who showed us had had the same problem. The hotel needs to change its message as soon as possible.
