Summary: Pros - - Our expectations of the rooms were very low for the price we paid/previous reviews, however we were definitely surprised! Modern rooms, clean, comfortable beds, bathroom nice and clean. - Quick and easy check in/check out - Car park very large and a space is always guarenteed - Staff are very polite and friendly - Surrounding areas are packed full of different restaurants, all within walking distance. Cons - - NOISY! Depending on what day you stay, you get a range of other guests. During the week there are a lot of quiet workmen. On the weekend you get noisy guests coming in from a night out and early risers (3am onwards) to get a flight from CDG. There is also a motorway right next door which is consistent, a takeaway car park where youths will insist on having loud car meets, and the obvious flight path into CDG. If you do stay - bring ear plugs! - Breakfast not advertised on site - Rooms extremely small. Ok for a couple for a few nights, but not suitable for families. - Communial areas are very tatty and dated. - Car park is not locked - Hotel room doors are old and only shut properly when slammed. I didnt feel very safe in the room as all rooms are accessed from the street rather than via the concierge. - Windows can open all the way (even on the 1st floor!) With no safety locks. Its ok for adults but not young children. - The fire extinguishers in block 1 were last checked in 2017. No fire alarms in the rooms. - No overnight concierge/emergency line
