Positive: 1 location. good 2 style,decor, we really enjoyed it 3 well equipped 4 Beds very good but difficult to get out of for less able folk!! 5 linen great..but hairs on everything 6 Great that there were two irons and 2 boards

Negative: 1.toilets..very small, only one shower 2 bedroom curtain scrunched in corner on floor with mayonaise wrappers .! 3 lounge curtain hanging off. 4 dishwasher full , 5 Windows, paintwork in and out very scruffy./dusty 6 cigarette and gum next to irons. 7 Occupants below had to clean back terrace before they could sit out.and woke us to with difficulties gaining initial access 8 It simply lacked pride in readiness by the cleaning agent for next occupants tinging an otherwise fabulous stay
